Blog Post 1: Introductions

 Hello, I am Ruben Cohen, I've chosen the  to take the Media studies course because I feel It is a course I will deeply enjoy working on from start to finish. Since as long as I can remember I've always been infatuated with everything film, the movies I would watch, the development of said movies, the sheer magnitude of the filmmaking process itself always amazed me. 

When I found out about AICE Media Studies, and how it was a course entirely based on the media making as well as the impact it has on society, I knew it would be a course I would thoroughly enjoy. I feel as if i can take my prior knowledge of film and editing and utilize it efficiently in this class.
