Blog Post 17: Preparing to film

As I begin to organize everything to commence filming, there are a few factors I have to take into mind before I actually begin. The easier aspects of filming i don't have to worry about as much, like the actors, locations and costumes. All these things can be organized rather easily and shouldn't be too much worry. However, as for the dates and times, props, and film equipment, there are possibilities for difficulties to arise. Time and dates for filming can prove difficult depending on when my partners will be available, which will in turn need proper scheduling. Props shouldn't be to big an issue, but a small number of which I have yet to receive in the mail. As for film equipment, the camera I had initially planned on using for filming has broken, thus I will have to order a new one for replacement, until then however, I will dedicate time to scheduling proper dates and times for filming.

1. actors:

For actors I will include myself, 4 of my friends, and my brother.

 2. costumes:

For costumes, everyone in the opener will be wearing attire traditional to that of a teenager of the mid to late 2000's to match the general 2010 theme.

 3. props:

As for props, some 2000's accessories will be utilized in the opener, I.E. a Fushigi Ball

4. locations:

Locations I have for filming will be my house, Miramar Regional Park, and Pembroke Lakes Mall

5. dates and times:

Dates and times have yet to be properly set, but as of now there shouldn't be too much trouble.

6. film equipment:

The only film equipment I will be using is a 2010 Kodak Easyshare M530 camera.
